Travel Details from the host -> Une maison est un autoportrait. Dans celle où je vous propose de vivre quelques jours, les bibliothèques – littératures, sciences humaines, arts –, la filmothèque, mais aussi la terrasse arborée, les étages qui permettent à chacun de s'isoler ou de recevoir, le calme au cœur de la ville dans ce qu'elle a de plus vivant : tout cela en dit davantage sur moi que je ne saurais le faire en quelques lignes. PS. Je suis professeur de littérature française dans l'enseignement supérieur. J'habite désormais seul dans cette maison que j'ai partagée, et louée régulièrement, avec Mario. C'est pourquoi son nom continue d'apparaitre dans les commentaires. A home is a self-portrait. In mine, the numerous bookcases – literature, social sciences, arts –, the film library, but also the terrace with trees, the three levels allowing both privacy and social life, the atmosphere of calm in the heart of town : all this describes me better than I could. PS. I teach french literature in higher education. I now live alone, in this place that I shared for years with Mario : that is why his name remains in the comments.
