Beautiful two-room apartment located on the first floor of an old Parisian villa (one of the most beautiful buildings of the area). Situated right above the Belleville park in the trendy district of Belleville (20th arrondissement). Quiet and sunny. Nice bars and restaurants close by.
The space
There is a bedroom (double bed) and a living room with a convertible sofa. Both rooms have separate access to the toilette but only the living room has access to the kitchen and a beautiful balcony. There is an equipped kitchen and a bathtub. There's also a washing machine.
Guest access
The flat is on the first floor of the second building (a lovely courtyard connects the two buildings). The entrance door is on Rue des Envierges but our flat overlooks Rue de Transvaal which is beautiful and quiet.
