The apartment is located near the museum of “Institut Lumière”, established in la “Villa Lumière”, which was the house of the Lumière brothers, inventors of cinematograph, and is now converted into a museum.
Each year, it welcomes the “Grand Lyon Film Festival” which is one of the largest international festival of classic cinema.
The apartment is also near the Jean Moulin LYON 3 university, located in the wondeful building of old “Manufacture des tabacs” and so close at hand of nice pubs and restaurants.

Travel Details from the host -> Originaire de Valence à 100 km au sud de Lyon, j'habite à Lyon depuis 1990 ; je suis mariée et j'ai trois grands enfants. Même si "mon Lyon" (comme disait mon fils quand il était petit !) n'est que ma ville d'adoption, c'est devenue la ville de mon cœur et de mon accomplissement ; j'espère vous faire partager mon enthousiasme. Mon mari et moi-même serons des hôtes attentifs pour que votre séjour soit réussi. Nous avons des adresses à vous recommander et ne manquerons pas de vous les faire partager. J'aime prendre mon temps, je suis une "contemplative" ce qui n'est plus vraiment dans l'air du temps ! Ma devise : reçois ton hôte comme tu aimerais être reçue !
