For those of you wanting to experience the life in one of Paris' liveliest and trendiest neighborhoods of Paris... feeling like a local, my cosy 20sqm studio, literally 50m from a little park and St Martin canal, has everything you need! Ideal for 1 people or a couple Holiday Rentals, Vacation Houses, Vacation Properties, Travel Guides, Vacation Rentals Photos, Custom Holiday Tours.
The space
1st floor apartment, on courtyard. Very quiet. Very cool and confortable in summer time as it's north oriented and you can enjoy the park and the canal as your garden ! :)
Vintage furniture. It is not hotel standard but rather Airbnb "living the local life" standard. I only rent my flat when I'm travelling so no request for long term please. I love my flat and I try to make it as cosy as possible.
The kitchen and mattress are new (May 2020).

Everything, from fast internet to washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fridge, oven, bluetooth stereo speaker...
