In one of the most buzzing, friendly streets of Copenhagen, close to almost everything, you find this old, unique and quite personal apartment build in 1850.

The room is vacant from October 9, 2022. I prioritize longterm stays starting as close to this date as possible.

The space
Your room is 12 m2, and contains a double bed (200x140 cm), a wardrobe in metal and nylon, a desk and a chair. It is located in the South Wing of the L-shaped apartment, on its own little level above the main gate. It has a view to the green yard. The room is quite private, with two doors and a small staircase down to the rest of the apartment.
Kitchen, bath, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher is all located in the West Wing and shared by all of us. Bath and toilet are separate. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and misc. kitchen appliances (including a great slowjuicer). Close to almost everything, in a vibrant and cozy street, you find this perfect room for someone coming to Copenhagen to work or study.
This area is safe and friendly with so many possibilities to eat, drink, shop and just hang out. It is also an area with lots of opportunities for great walks, runs or biketrips - for example around the Lakes, in the Fælled Park and the beautiful Assistens Kirkegård.

Travel Details from the host -> Single Copenhagen mom with two wonderful kids, working in the TV-industry. I enjoy good food, wine & real beer, and will love to help you find the type of restaurant, wine or beer you're looking for. I live on top of one of the most skilled beer shops in the country, there's great places to buy wine within 100 meters, and the whole city is full of Michelin-star restaurants - but also lots of other places worth eating at, and less expensive too :-) I live with my two kids, a girl from nov. 2008 and a boy from feb. 2011, so in the mornings and evenings there's a bit noisy in our part of the flat, but if you close your doors, you won't hear us (that much).
