L'appartement est lumineux, calme, climatisé (ventilateur), en bon état, proche des commerces, en face du parc George Brassens qui est très agréable, et à 10 min à pied du parc des exposition.
Le canapé-lit est très spacieux 2m/2m et très confortable.
Une excellente boulangerie vous attend en bas de l'immeuble (rue Dantzig : Pascal et Anthony), ainsi qu'une petite épicerie ouverte la nuit et de très bons restaurants ( français, asiatique, je vous conseillerai selon vos préférence).

Il n'y a pas de frais de ménage, on compte sur vous pour laisser l'appartement en bon état.
