A moins de 15 minutes de marche de la gare Part-Dieu, mon appartement est situé au dernier étage, avec 2 belles terrasses de 30 m² chacune.

Votre chambre est équipée d'un lit 140x190 cm, avec accès terrasse. Le reste de l'appartement est partagé avec le propriétaire vivant sur place. L'appartement n'est pas climatisé.

Le prix inclut le petit-déjeuner (en général : fruit, boisson chaude, pain frais, viennoiserie et yaourt maison).

Seule la chambre du voyageur n'est pas partagée. Les espaces communs (cuisine, salon, salle de bains et toilettes) sont partagés avec le propriétaire.
