- de la gare de Pessac pour se rendre en 5 min à la gare de Bordeaux et en 1h à Arcachon
- de l'Université de Bordeaux
- de la route de Bayonne
- de la rocade
La chambre est dans l'aile de la maison dans laquelle je vis. La salle de bain et la kitchenette sont a partager avec une autre etudiante qui loue la chambre d'a cote. Les toilettes sont à partager entre nous. L’accès au logement est indépendant.

Notre chatte, Prune, habite dans la maison. Elle est indépendante avec la chatière mais elle aime bien les calins !

Pessac est une ville tres agreable avec la faculte et son centre ville dynamique (bars, restaurants, cinema,...).
Il y a un marche le samedi et le dimanche matin.
