Je suis à proximité du CHU de Pellegrin et de la clinique St Augustin. J’habite proche du quartier de Saint Augustin à Bordeaux. Côté Mérignac, je suis proche de l'Espe au parc Bourran.
Le quartier est calme. Sur la place Mondesir au bout de la rue, il y a un supermarché Auchan, de la cuisine japonaise, asiatique et hamburger à emporter.
