The space
The apartment is on the 5th floor (no elevator) and thus enjoys a lot of sun and light.
It is spacious and quiet with windows on both the north and south sides. It has a spacious living room with many plants and a TV, an open well equipped kitchen and dining room.
The king size bedroom overlooks a peaceful courtyard with a stunning view over the monuments of Paris such as the Pompidou center or the Pantheon.

The Montorgueil district is one of the oldest, liveliest and most beautiful streets in Paris. Rue Montorgueil contains a thousand and one treasures, between history and unusual facts.
The street brings together several old establishments in Paris such as the bakery of King Stohrer (1725), the restaurant l'escargot (1832) or the bistro Le Rochet de Cancale famous for its oysters (1804).

You are also very close to the big Boulevards that leads to Galaries Lafayette with tons of restaurants and cafés on the way. There are several supermarkets as well as produce stands, butcher shops and fish mongers only minutes from the apartment.
It is very connected to all public transport with metro stations of lines 4, 8 and 9 just around the corner.
