Stay in a charming and comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris! Located in a quiet neighborhood in the 7th arrondissement, our apartment (80 m2) is 10 mn walk from St Germain des Prés. It can accomodate up to 6 persons. (one bathroom and one toilet only) Holiday Rentals, Vacation Houses, Vacation Properties, Travel Guides, Vacation Rentals Photos, Custom Holiday Tours.
The space
The appartment has got 3 bedrooms and there is a convertible sofa bed in the living room which makes it possible to welcome comfortably up to 6 people.
The living room is big and full of light and has a balcony with a garden just in front. It has got a big TV and free wifi access.
The main bedroom also has a little balcony where you can have a drink.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need if you want to cook (Nespresso coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, with all necessary utensils (cooking equipment, glasses and plates).
On your arrival, we will provide you with clean sheets and towels.

The apartment is in walking distance of the most famous attractions and museums in the City: Saint Germain des Prés, The Invalides, the Eiffel tower and its park (Champs de Mars), Le Grand Palais, Le Bon Marché (the famous and prestigious delicatessen store in the Capital) and the Rodin Museum.
The location is very central and close to major subway lines: Sèvres-Babylone station (line 12 and 10) and Duroc (line 13).
The Champs-Elysées avenue, Le Louvre museum and Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral are all accessible by Subway/bus within 10 to 15 minutes and Château de Versailles is accessible by train from Montparnasse station (5-10 minutes walking). There is also a taxi & bike station around the corner.
Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies are all at your doorstep… For shopping, our apartment is in the middle of some of the best clothing shops areas such as: Le Bon Marché, Rue du Bac & Rue du Cherche Midi..

Teacher for children aged of 8 years old, I have got two boys aged 20 and 23. My husband is a lawyer and plays jazz and blues guitar. We both love travelling, music and reading books. We love discovering cities by foot during hours and visiting museums too.
We love meeting new people from different countries and Airbnb has allowed us to experience that in a very nice way !
