The appartment is perfectly located in the 11th district, place de la Nation. It is very bright and neat, and decorated with style. It is the place where I live, it is available only when I am myself travelling. I hope you will feel at home and enjoy your stay in Paris. ( the comments from guests referring to a "small" appartment are with respect to my previous listing which was indeed very small, but my new place is much bigger (45 sq meters ;) )
The space
The appartment is located in a building from the 30s. It has an art deco retro style. It is fully furnished. The apartment is very bright, and as it is oriented north-east it doesn't get too hot in the summer. It is also very cosy for autumn / winter. Also it has just been renovated.
