Very bright and functional, our two-bedrooms apartment is very well located, in the center of Paris. Everything is in walking distance in the Marais neigbourhood: open air food markets, bakeries, design shops, Picasso museum, Centre Pompidou.
The space
Very bright and functional, the apartment is on the 1st floor (with elevator) and measures 60 square meter (about 645 square feet). It overlooks the rue (street) Beaubourg but is very quiet, thanks to its soundproof windows.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the main room (living room and kitchen) and in the child's room. There is no air conditioning in the small room (7m2) with a double bed, but it is located on the courtyard, and remains the coolest room in the house.
It consists of a very nice living area (living room/ kitchen) and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms:
