Metro is just at not even 5 minutes walk and will get you where ever you need as we are almost in the center of Paris the flat being near to the Arc de Triumph. My flat will provide everything you need in terms of confort. Transportation is walking distance. Please be aware I only host a single or a couple.

Neighborbood Overview:

This part of the 17th is a part that is rather bourgeois, people are more families, young couples and it is a fairly quiet residential area. There is life in the Rue Poncelet market life is very pleasant. If you have done all that is most beautiful in Paris during your visit and you still have time to enjoy my neighborhood, going to the Parc Monceau and the Batignolles district not far by bus.

Welcome, welcome to your home for your stay in Paris. Thank you for choosing my home and helping me fund my passion, photography. Yes, you are not just renting out a flat, but also helping me to either travel to do stories or to do prints for exhibitions. This flat was recently renovated in order to make it more welcoming and comfortable and I hope you will enjoy it. I’m not renting it out as a rental business, as it is where I live most of the time, rather than an investment. However, sometimes, when cash is tight or if I want to meet new people from around the world, I am happy to have guests stay here, either sharing the flat with me or leaving them the entire flat. I’ve been hosting people for several years using a backpacker website and now I’m really thrilled to do it also with Airbnb. This allows me to continue hosting people, but you will also be helping me to continue with my personal work through the income from your stay. The dynamic remains the same...if you are staying with me, we will cook together, go out in Paris, talk about our lives and about the world and our experiences, have fun, have some drinks when I’m free and you can count on me for any help. For those of you that take the flat for yourselves, if I’m around it’s the same if you want to share and if I’m out of town or you want to be on your own, ask me any questions a few weeks before and I’ll try to help you out before out before you arrive.
