If you like good restaurants, a lively food market and nice walks along a green pathway or trendy boutiques, it's the place for you! Please note that the apartment will be available next February 2020.

The space
It's a typical Parisian attic apart. (38 m2/410 sq ft) w/ a quiet bedroom, a cozy living room & everything you need for a comfortable stay (a bathtub, a TV-set, Wifi, a Bluetooth amplifier, a designer couch) and a fully-equipped kitchenette.

The 1st breakfast will be provided (coffee, tea or cocoa, with baguette and jam).

Neighborbood Overview:

The neighborhood is one of the coolest of Paris, both friendly and central. The shops are amazingly diverse and of high quality (food, including organic, crafts, fashion, books, beauty, you name it).
The streets are at the same time lively and calm, with 3-story buildings and a lot of tiny passages).
The people are quite diverse (it's not a trendy ghetto, even though a lot of French celebrities live here).
The Aligre market has earn its reputation. Every morning you can enjoy buying fresh vegetables and fruits for a cheap price, as well as flowers. There is also a covered market full of butchers, cheese mongers, pastry shops, fish mongers...., a real paradise for foodies. Not to mention a few supermarkets, some of them being opened 7/7.
To enjoy a nice green walk, the Coulée verte or Green Belt is 2 minutes away. If you wan to go to the movies, 3 movie theaters are 10 min away.
