Villa Simore is located in a quiet area just outside of Rethymno city area, around 5 km away from the city centre of Rethymno. The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also close to shops, restaurants and various services.

Close to the villa you will find several beaches that you should visit. The most closest one is the long sandy beach of Rethymno (2.5 km) with various organised spots with sun beds, taverns and beach bars or secluded quiet spots. The beach of Episkopi (20 km) is 10 km long and goes until the village of Georgioupoli which also has an organised beach (28 km).

The nearest living area from the villa is Misiria area (2.3 km) which has all the essential shops such as taverns, supermarkets, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and pharmacy, etc.

The villa’s location is ideal for one more reason, it is also close to the main national road, thus making excursions around Crete a very easy thing to do.
