A unique rooftop apartment (33m²) in the old town of Parikia with ample sea, sunset and town view, full household equipment and a large 80m² private veranda fitted with an outdoor lounge & a second sitting area.
The apartment occupies the whole floor (no next-door neighbors), so you have full privacy. Recently refurbished.
There are 2 single beds that can turn into a comfortable double bed with a special extra coating (please notify us in advance if you wish to have a double bed). For the 3rd guest, we add an extra single bed. Towels & linen are provided.
