With spacious living room (bed sofa & dinning table), separate kitchen, balcony with a view, around the corner from the European Commission, (5 minutes walk from) the Schumann Metro, EPSO, EAS, Council & close to the center (20 minutes walk to Grand Place). Plenty of pubs & restaurants around. Fast internet. Ideal for business travelers (particular attention is given to small details to accommodate guest's needs).

All of the flat excluding my room. I'm mostly away traveling on business (rarely spending more than 2 nights per week in the flat) which allows for privacy and using the flat on your own.

Other things to note
The room is quiet (not facing a street) so it is ideal to spend time in to study and relax. I rarely use the living room so should you require even more space it's all yours most of the time. Travel Details from the host -> I come from Greece (Crete) - but worked almost half of my life abroad (UK, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and with regular traveling around the world - mainly EU & Asia). I travel, for both business and pleasure, on a weekly basis... When on business it can be really busy, so you won't see much of me. I hardly ever cook/eat in-house, but when I do it can be interesting... I'm easy going, I enjoy a good chat, watching a cult movie, drinking a good cup of coffee/tea, reading an interesting book or listening to a Dylan song.
