Very quiet and cozy apartment in suburbian Vienna - still you are a the first district in a 15 minute tram ride. I do a lot of airbnb myself, and it s one of the "real" places - I live here and therefore it feels like a home and not just a room.

There is a bedroom (Double bed), living room, bathroom, kitchen and seperate toilet. You can als relax on the balcony and do a little bbq there.

Close to public transport, takes about 20 minutes to the center (door to door):
tram: 9,40,41 taking you to Schottentor/university
bus: 10a
s-bahn: s45 (5 min to U4, 5 Min to u3, 9 min to U6)

this quarter of vienna is the "Vorstadt", so suburban, very green and clean. it is very close to the "türkenschanzpark" where it is easy to relax during the warm months of the year and where a small christmas market is set up in december.
