Apart from your room, you can use the kitchen and the bathroom. The only other person also using those facilities is me.

Other things to note
We do have a lift, but it can only get you to the mezzanine above or below the appartment. So if you do have a hard time climbing stairs, be aware of that. You have to at least walk down or up half a floor.

While the windows are soundproof, the doors within the appartment are not. So you can hear everything that is said in the kitchen.
