Welcome to my flat, which is in walking distance to the subway line U6 and S-Bahn (station Floridsdorf).

The space
The house looks quite classy from the outside. The high ceiling (3.2m) leaves you a lot of air to breath. All the windows have a magnificent view into green gardens.

You will have a cosy bedroom with a loft bed, and below a small desk and a wardrobe.

If you have booked the flat you will have it all for yourself!

Guest access
The S-Bahn brings you directly to Wien Mitte (central) in 11 minutes, to the main train station in 18 minutes and to the airport in 33 minutes. The subway line U6 goes directly to Mariahilfer Straße, the longest shopping street in Europe. On top of that the river Danube is only seven minutes by foot. There you have plenty opportunities for swimming in the river!

Floridsdorf is well known for it's good wine cellars (and they are also the cheapest in all of Vienna! ;) ). The grapes for the wine are all grown on vineyards in the vicinity of the city. You can find the wine cellars in Strebersdorf and Stammersdorf and in general all around the Bisamberg!

Travel Details from the host -> I moved to Vienna nine years ago and I fell in love with this city. Come and see for yourself! :) I am an easy-going guy who loves to dance Salsa. This is one of my major hobbies, which I'm pursuing for thirteen years now! Vienna is the right choice for cool Latino parties. I could give you some recommendations where to go. In the summer there are even amazing open air salsa events several times a week right at the Danube (so not far away from my place).
