Our accredited guide will meet you at your hotel and transfer to Shilin. About 1.5 hours from Kunming to the Stone Forest. As a witness of the geological evolution, Stone Forest has won the reputation of “The First Wonders in the World” for its vast area, complete preservation, old age, unique style, and various types. “Lonely Camel “, “Lotus Flower”, “A Shi Ma-fairy lady” and so on, let your imagination run wild and enjoy the journey of the scenic spots. The Stone Forest was listed in the Natural Heritage in 2007.

After lunch, you’ll return to Kunming and visit the Guandu Ancient Town. Guandu Ancient Town is one of the historic and cultural towns in Kunming city including the famous ancient Shaolin Temple and Jingang Pagoda (Vajra Throne Style Pagoda). You can spend the whole afternoon for visiting the local house and chatting with the warmly locals. On the east side of the old town,there is a food street and you can try various local snacks.

The old street of Guandu is one of the nightlife spots in the neighborhood. When night falls, there is crowded with local people and tourists. This street is lined with restaurants, clothing stores, and so on so you can taste all kinds of local food from Yunnan, and do some shopping there.
