A small room in a freshly renovated flat with a balcony at trendy Yppenplatz. You will be sharing the 2-bedroom apartment with me. The city center is 10 min away with tram/subway/bike. Fully equipped kitchen to use. Lovely balcony which is faced to the inner courtyard. Many restaurants nearby as grocery shops. Subway station and tram no 2 station Josefstädter Strasse are 5 minutes away. Tram station Yppengasse for tram 44 is just infront of the house. A citybike station just next to the house.

Cozy room has a comfy bed and a medium size cupboard where you can store your stuff. Bed linen and a towel will be provided also.

Travel Details from the host -> I am an Estonian living and working in Vienna for third year in a row now. I am super friendly and enjoy having guests and friends over, giving them tips to experience the best side of Vienna. I travel a lot myself so I thought I'd give it a go and try to be on the hosting side myself too.
