An amazing self contained traditional Greek Island Villa with a private beach. The house is situated within the main village but in front of the beach, located in a wonderful island in the Aegean called Astypalaia.
The space
A newly build villa with exposed stone and concrete features and a 1 minute walk from the beach. The house has 2 main double bedrooms and an extra space with an extra bed that can host 2 people. It is airy and cool and includes air-conditioning unit.
Astypalaia is a wonderful unspoiled island in the the South Aegean sea. It has beautiful beaches, a picturesque main town only 15 minutes walk from the house. Astypalaia is accessible from Athens via ferry (from Piraeus Port) or via airplane from Athens Elefterios Venizelos Airport. The flight is 45 mins from Athens. The ferry trip is approximately 10 hours, a picturesque journey that passes through most of the Cycladic Islands.
