Facing East/West, the apartment gets a lot of sun at morning and evening, and is roomy and cozy. Laid-Out between 1 salon, 1 kitchen, 2 rooms, a bathroom and toilet separated, it gives out onto a shopping and pedestrian street and overlooks a very quiet courtyard.

You'll have to climb 6 floors (no elevator), but with my arms to help you, then you'll be able to rest in a well located, sunny and cozy flat that i love!

Neighborbood Overview:

The Ourcq Canal and the Bassin de la villette are just 2mn away, and are the perfect place for sunset walks or picnics (I confess parisians do love to do so). There are also cinemas, plenty of bars and restaurants, paris plages with its boats to hire or sand beaches along the canals!

Even closer, as just ahead of the flat, the Parc de La Villette: you would be able to choose between its Sciences museum, the grande halle ans its spectacles, the Cité of Musique and the new Philharmonie of paris and their concerts, or just some rest, picnics and walks on the grass!
Last but not least, every evening at night fall, the parc converts itself into a free and convivial open-air cinema, where picnic is still the king.

The Parc des Buttes Chaumont is 10 min away at foot, but it is worth going there, for its lawn as well as its cascade and its hanging bridges.
