Hey!
We are renting out our apartment in the heart of the 7th District of Vienna. Me and my girlfriend Josy normally live in the apartment. But since we will be gone until the end of the year, we are renting it out to nice peolple like you :-)

The space
The apartment is approx. 80 sqm big and has three rooms.

One room (20 sqm) is not being rented out and will be locked for the duration of you stay.

The windows are facing the southeast so the apartment gets plenty of sun during the day.

Also the apartment is build towards the back yard so it is very quite even with the window open.

Your sleeping room is euipped with a double bed, desk, clothes rail and two racks.

All our stuff will be out of the sleeping room upon your arrival :)

Other things to note

The 7th district is famous for its hip but authentic vibe. With many cool bars and traditional Austrian cafés and restaurants around you can try something new every night.

Also there is a tram station right in front of the apartment which takes you basically everywhere in just a couple of minutes.

Shopping facilities are excellent as well with the Mariahilferstraße (Austrias biggest shopping alley) in 10 min walking distance and supermarkets around the corner.

Travel Details from the host -> I am a young professional from Germany who loves traveling, cooking and spending some quality time with friends. Next destinations on my travel wish list: Japan, Ethiopia and Iceland.
