A 30 m2 studio, in the heart of the Medieval township of Apano Chora, in the historic neighbourhood of Kastro , with a splendid view of the port (Livadi). The studio is a 18th century small house, rebuilt and fully renovated.

It contains fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room.

The studio has a front yard, an accessible rooftop and a terrace, in the back of the studio, with almond trees and a cypress.

The space
The studio is the located in the historical neighborhood of Lembidi inside the Venetian Kastro. The neighborhood views the port of Livadi. You reach the studio through the Dimarcheio Square (coffee "Stou Stratou", 2 minutes walk from the studio) and the gate of the Venetian Castle (Lotzia).

Travel Details from the host -> Born in 1968, with roots from the islands of Andros and Serifos. Resident of Korydallos, Piraeus. I have studied in Athens and in Paris, PhD in Byzantine Archaeology. I work as an associate researcher. I am married with Christina, a Greek-Canadian, and we have two daughters. I am interested in history, archaeology, art history, classical music, gardening, trekking. I love animals, with a special preference to cats... Since 6 year old I have been spending most of the summertime in Serifos island and I have learn to love it, its unique landscape, its ancient and medieval monuments, its people, the "Serfiotes", with their particular Cycladic accent.
