A stylish and spacious house of 70 square meters flat and 20 square meters attic is ideal for couples, groups and families alike. It is the upper part of a villa which together with the lower part ( House Petrino) and two more houses ( House Aliori and House Dimosthenis) are located on a small promontory on the southern shore of Crete.
The houses are built around a small paved square and each one has independent entrance and its own access to the beach via stone built stairs.

The house "Zinovia" has a comfortable sitting - dinning room , two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom a bathroom and a pleasant workspace are on the attic.
It has shaded terraces all around and a back yard with built BBQ, traditional wood heated oven and a small pool with spa.
Every single spot offers amazing views to the sea and the sandy beach below.
