A traditional Cretan Olive Oil Press Mill (Fabrica) was restored and turned into a beautiful and peaceful residence, ready to host people who want to meet Cretan hospitality and culture to the fullest.

The space
With love and respect for our past and the beauty of this place, we tried to restore a century-old olive oil press mill and transform it into a friendly guest house.The stone and the wood make it a lovely place to be and the old equipment of the press and the mill gives the impression that you sneak a peek into the past of this rural area. Much of the decoration of the house used to be an integral part of this rural past. One can have a first-hand experience of a living past since much of the equipment used in the process of threshing or extracting oil is all around.
