This area is known for housing one of the largest jewish communities in Europe. A tranquil, residential neighbourhood with lots of smaller stores selling jewish & polish delicacies. There is a supermarket around the corner.
The city centre is only a 10 minutes walk away and you can find restaurants in the area. Please note that currently restaurants only serve take away.
At Stadspark you can have your own picnic when the weather is nice and a lot of locals will join you in doing so.
Hop on a 'Velo' and discover the city and its neighbouring districts by bike. You can leave them at any 'Velo' station when you feel like taking it to a slower pace. 'Groen Kwartier' & 'Zurenborg' are definitely worth a visit if you like architecture and local coffee bars.
