This beautifull Villa, next to the sea, in an estate of four acres with a private church and an olive grove which is over 100 years old. It has a wonderful panoramic view and provides a sense of absolute silence.
The house itself is set well back from the bay surrounded by its own grounds with garden, olive grove and even has its own private chapel.
The upstairs apartment which is accesible by steps, has its own entrance door from the large outside terrace into a lovely, comfortable sitting room, well furnished with dining table, seatings, an orimental fireplace and a great view of the sea.
