Located in Maleme village west of Chania, and only 450 meters by a country lane from the beach. The property is surrounded on 2 sides by wild bamboo trees and olive groves.

All amenities including grocery shops and a good selection of restaurants and cafés are within a short walking distance. The bus stop with regular service to Chania town and westwards towards Kolymbari is also a few minutes’ walk from the villa.
The two story main villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open kitchen (with dining table seating 6) and living room, and a music room (2ndliving room).
The ground floor main entrance leads to the music room with electric piano and guitar, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2.
