Hello. The house is an eco-mini house with stone and 15 cm of insulation and disingned drafts.This way does not have the special need of air condition in the sumers of Greece. It has a very smart design to fit two people with a luggage .The upper bed is double and the floor bed single so it is suitable for a couple. Of course the house is small but is very cozy. It is very well located, 150m from the main beach and 700m from the port
The space
People that used my facilities were mostly happy of the big garden ,some of them came by the time that fruit trees harvest and ate fruit from the trees. Also the location is very good . Quiet but close to the main beach. Other liked the art that is used in the garden and the houses.

in area-Livadi Serifos island, KYKLADES, GreeceIn 150m you have on the left the main beach and on the right all the stores you might need like minimarket, cafe bars, restaurants of diffrent styles etc. The house is very well located. Close to the beach but also a little distance from the crowds. In the August is also a little noise in the house by the street.
