Julia (29) and Francesco (25) students, living in a wonderful shared flat in the heart of Vienna. The apartment has 144sqm in total, your room (Julia´s room) has 26 sqm. We are all quite busy during the day but sometimes we sit together, eat and enjoy the big living room. The place is a nice retreat because its sunny and calm.
The room is perfectly suitable for a couple, as you sleep in a double bed.
The space
This flat was total renovated 3 years ago, which makes it clean and comfortable. It's quiet, good located and offers a lot of sunny light, which is rare in vienna:)
Guest access
You have access to the shared living room, the shared living-Kitchen the bathroom, the toilet and of course to your room. You can also hang on our beautiful balkony. In the back yard of our house is also a shared terasse which can be used by you.

The railway station Westbahnhof is 5 Minutes by walk, you have access to a wide range of public transport and shops that are even opened on Sundays. The city centre isn´t far so you can even start your sightseeing trip by walk!
My favourite place nearby is a breakfast café called "Das Augustin", they have two cats there which brighten-up your day! :-)
