We rent a beautiful loft in our house on Avenue de la Jonction. Spacious and bright, it is located near Place du Châtelain and Saint-Gilles.

The house is quiet and clean, so we are looking for hosts who wish to preserve such an environment.

The space
The loft is large and bright, and includes:

1. FURNITURE: double bed, desk, shelves, large wardrobe, and sofa.
2. VIEWS onto surrounding gardens.
3. BATHROOM (private): shower, sink, and toilet.
4. KITCHEN (private) : fridge, electric hob, microwave, oven, kettle, cutlery and plates.
5. INTERNET: Unlimited broadband wifi access.
6. BIKE SPACE : available in the hall.
7. LAUNDRY : available in a nearby laundraumat (but not in the house).
8. PUBLIC PARKING : available on the street (paying).
