House for rent in the heart of Yialos, the capital of Symi, only five minutes from the port. Yialos has amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Before booking, please carefully read the description and view the floor plans in the photo album to understand how the beds are arranged.
The space
This two storey house was built in the early 20th century by my ancestors and has wooden floors. The storeys are not interconnected and have separate entrances.
The upper floor can accommodate 2 to 4 people (5 is a bit crowded) and the ground floor can accommodate another 2.
The upper floor, as you can see in the photo album, has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa which turns to double bed, a hallway, a wardrobe in which there is a folding single bed, a large bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped for cooking including fridge. There is also a TV, a DVD/CD/MP3 player and an air conditioning.
