My Apartment is in close proximity to the city center. The Stephansdom (center) can be reached by foot in about 20 minutes. The historic city center around St. Stephen's Cathedral can be reached much earlier.
You will love my accommodation for its cosiness, very good public transport links and the excellent central location.

The space
My apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a former boxing studio and impresses above all by its cleanliness and comfort. On the ground floor is the entrance area, the kitchen and the dining area. Below in the basement of the living room or bedroom and bathroom and a separate toilet.
ATTENTION: In the basement there is daylight but no openable windows. But the temperature is really very pleasant, especially on very hot summer days, even without air conditioning or windows!
