My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Part of a three-house project.
The space
This is a brief description of house 3:
House 3 has two floors.
Upper floor with an area of 75m2, has two bedrooms which share a bathroom (toilet and shower are in separated rooms)
Main living area lies also on this floor. There are 2 sofas connected together, where two persons can also sleep.
On this floor also lies the kitchen area.
On the same floor lies the big balcony/terrace (area of 110m2) with a large 10people dining table and enough space for sunbeds etc.
The lower floor, with an area of 75m2 too, has a master bedroom ideal for a couple, with en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet) and walking closet.
On this floor, there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom.
This floor can be reached through the upper floor main entrance, but also has an entrance of its own.

I am sure that your Serifos holidays will at the end have your personal story to tell, nevertheless I am sending my condensed guide to the places I prefer to go, to start with. So, here goes:
Vagia beach: 2,5km to the west of the house, sandy beach. During the summer months there are a few umbrellas to rent and a canteen. There lays the elegant and Cocomat Hotel, carved into the rocks. Ganema beach: 3km to the west of the house, sandy beach. There is a taverna at the west edge of the beach, usually opens during the summer months. There is another taverna, up on the hillside, overlooking the gulf of Ganema, which is nice and open. Koutalas beach: a little further to the west, sand and small gravel beach. Quiet and isolated, close to the road. Further to the west you follow the road towards Mega Livadi. On the way there you pass by some other beaches where you have to walk to reach them. You can see them from the road above and decide whether you want to vis
