My room is 25m². There is a bed, a big couch, a lot of tables, an electric piano and a guitare which you can use (but only till 22:00) and some plants (which you would have to take care for). There is also a big carpet, so you could also chill on the floor. The whole flat is quite cosy (there are even more carpets in our flat).
The kitchen and bathroom is next to my room and there is everything you need.
You would share the flat (all in all it's 120m² I guess) with my friendly flatmate Norman.

in area-Vienna, Wien, AustriaThe flat is in 9. district which is (almost) the city center. To first district you have to walk 10 min or take the tramway (less than 1 min to walk and then 5 min by tramway . The university is also 5 min by tramway. There is a park in front of the house and there are also some pups (the clash, charlies p‘s, gagarin) next to my place. There are supermarcets (one is 2 min the other 5 min to go) and there is Volkstheater, a big theater 3 min far from here.
There is the campus with a big parc inside (2 min on foot) and a lot of students...
The central hospital is 5 min to walk so dont‘t worry if u gonna hurt.
