Neighborbood Overview:

We are located in East/Spanish Harlem (El Barrio), one of the few true neighborhoods in NY with so much culture. Don't let "Harlem" scare you away. Its just as safe as anywhere else in NY and definitely nicer than Brooklyn. Steps away from the infamous Puerto Rican Day Parade. The 6 train (old reliable) stops directly on the block so you are 1 minute from the subway. 25 min from everywhere in manhattan. I wouldn't live anywhere else. 10 min walk to Central Park, 24 hr grocery store one block away, great delivery, food & Coffee near by but best of all everything is just so cheap. This neighborhood is alive and has so much history. Walk to historic Harlem Brownstones & Apollo Theater.
My favorite morning routine is stopping by the cuban bakery downstairs where the 80 yr old owner serves up classic cuban coffee every single day (he will also make you the best cuban sandwich you will ever have in your life)
