We're next to the Boogie Down Grind Cafe (fabulous local spot), with multiple parks (Julio Carballo Fields-has track for walking/running, Hunts Point Riverside Park, Barretto Point Park, Soundview Park, Concrete Plant Park, Starlight Park, Drake Park and others) and grocery and other clothing, etc. stores nearby (as well as the largest food market in the USA - Hunts Point!). In the summer, there is a public pool that floats on a barge in the East River at Barretto Point Park.
