Hi - I'm Marie. Nice to meet you! I'm an Austrian living in NYC. I've lived here for over 7 years and know all the good spots in town. As a host, I'm highly communicative, respond quickly on whatever channel is best for you, prepare my flat for easy access, cleanliness, and utility (eg with charger cables available), and like the personal side of airbnb. My favorite thing is the interaction with guests and reading reviews, my pet peeve are guests who expect hotel level at a fraction of the price. When I'm not hosting, I enjoy my two kids and a dog, Lindy Hopping (a kind of swing dance), surfing (not just the Web but the ocean) and good food. I look forward to meeting you in my travels!
