Nice, lovely flat close to the heart of Vienna, in the quite street close to Augarten and Donaukanal. Especially perfect for sunny days. Only 8 minutes to Stephansdom and 5 mins to Schwedenplatz from where you can take two lines of metro or several trams, basically, get to anywhere in the city.
Flat is renovated and most equipment is new. It's 4th floor and no elevator, helps you stay fit :)

It's our home so we take it care. You will feel it.
For your stay we, normally, remove our private stuff.

There are nice Living room with sofa bed (140x200cm), kitchen and bathroom at your disposal. There is also Bedroom but we like to keep it private and it is not for use.
