Our beautiful Greek house is located in Lahania, one of the most pictures villages on the island of Rhodes. It has recently been extended to create a three double bedroomed house which brings together, and joins the original two older buildings, forming a complex of buildings that surround a small secluded very private pretty courtyard garden, ideal for sun bathing. Two flat roof terraces provide further areas to relax and soak up the sun.

The space
The buildings comprise of two sitting rooms, a study, two shower rooms, two kitchens and three double bedrooms with plenty of room to add an extra double airbed. The house can sleep up to six people. A wood burning stove heats the house during the winter months and one of the bedrooms also has a fire place. One double bedroom has air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer nights. There are fans in the other rooms to help you stay cool.

The village of Lahania nestles on the side of a hill on the south side of the island. Its picture postcard setting, remoteness and tranquillity give Lahania a special charm all of its own. As you enter the village there is a windmill which testifies to the old rural traditions of Lahania. In the village Platia which is just a few minutes stroll from the house there is the Church, a Taverna called the Platanos, plane trees for shade, and the natural springs the village is famous for.
