The apartment is airy and open, but with lots of privacy because it's on the top floor above the nearby buildings.

Guest access
There is a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a small bath tub. There are about 10 steps you have to go up to get to our apartment because the elevator only goes up to the floor below us. It’s not much but if you have mobility issues it’s not ideal! We are close to some lovely parks, and our neighborhood is one of the nicest in Brussels. We are also very near a more commercial area with lots of restaurants and nice shops (Vanderkindere, Rue Americaine, Rue du Bailli, place Châtelain, quick tram ride to the best places to visit in the historic center).

Travel Details from the host -> We are from the US but we've been living in Europe for several years. I'm a classical singer (and some jazz too), and Micky is an elementary school teacher at an international anglophone school. We love Brussels because it's a funky crossroads of cultures and people. Everyone we meet has an unexpected story! We also love the chocolate :) and we can recommend some great places to try beer and frites and meet the locals. We take advantage of Brussels' great location to travel a lot around Europe - to hike and bike, visit cool cities, make friends, eat yummy cuisines, find inspiration... We hope you decide to visit our current home town!
