Our home in Elounda enjoys some of the most spectacular 180 sea views you will find anywhere. The light is constantly changing on the sea and mountains beyond. The 3 double bedrooms all have sea-views and 2 have private balconies. The house sits in its own olive grove at the end of an unmade road and is very quiet and peaceful. It is child-friendly with gates to the private infinity pool. There is plenty of outside space to compliment the open-plan, comfortable downstairs.

The space
The views are uniquely beautiful, overlooking Elounda and the World Heritage site of Spinalonga. The Island of Kolokitha opposite is an uninhabited nature reserve.

The house is at the end of a road which is unmade for the last 1 km. A car is essential. The views are spectacular and it is very peaceful with only 1 other villa close by. From the house you are totally private.

Travel Details from the host -> My husband, Nigel and I bought 4000 sq.m. of agricultural land in Elounda in 2004 and completed our house in 2008. It was designed by a British architect and built by a Greek builder. We retired a few years ago and have spent many happy months here, making small additions each year. Our children and grand-children love spending their holidays here too. Most years we harvest our olives and take them to the local co-operative for pressing. Our record so far has been 160 litres and our olive oil is always available to guests. The views from the house are stunning (reviews on other websites) and our visitors book confirms that this is the 'wow' factor of the house. We never tire of the ever-changing landscape.
