We offer you a charming apartment including a cosy bedroom with a comfy mattress, a living room including a new kitchen equipped with all the things you might need, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilette. The little terrace is facing a quiet courtyard and can be accessed directly through the bedroom.

Our little hideaway is very centrally located. The 8th district is next to the 1st district and a very well situated and good district with the main university and the medical university around. The marvelous town hall and the famous 'Ring Straße' are within walking distance (15 min).
We love the Heidenkummer restaurant and the café Pelikan as well as the Coffee Pirates, all within walking distance. There is also a fantastic and hidden restaurant called Cafe Hildebrandt in the old Museum of Folk Life and Folk Art. You can reach all these places within a 5-minute walk. Trams and busses driving in any direction within walking distance.

Travel Details from the host -> I am a true nature lover and I love outdoor and active holidays as much as lying in front of a warm and cozy fireplace and enjoying the evening with swing and jazz music. I studied international relations and political science and currently working as a political advisor. My passion is sustainable traveling and staying at friendly, comfy, and open-minded places.
