in area-Andros Island, GreeceThe house is located just 1 km from Chora (town). It's on a hill with direct view to Chora and to the sea watching to the lighthouse. The place is full of gardens. This is a traditional housing estate, named locally Livadia.
There is no direct car access to the house, but there is a parking area at the 'entrance' of the estate. Livadia is also an official 'Listed Traditional Settlement' and gives you a real taste of Andros traditional villages. The area is very cosy and safe.
There are a couple of a small pretty Cycladic churches to visit and many spots with nice views back to Chora and the villages around on the hills of the mountains.
There is also a wonderful pathway with a small river/creek
