Hello!I bought this flat recently and love it!Quiet(5th floor on a quiet street),very sunny (living room facing south,bedroom facing east) with a stunning on Montmartre&a lovely little orthodox church. Bedroom on a typical parisian courtyard. For those who like the charm of old buildings:it has wooden floor,nice balcony and stone wall.Cosy place for lovers&friends looking for a well-located place (see details) in a nice area. The location:the street is quiete but the area is lively, just a 15min walk from Montmartre, a 10 minutes walk from the flea market in Clignancourt/Saint Ouen, 5 minutes from lovely area Jules Joffrin. 3 minutes walk from subway. Direct subway to : Saint Michel/quartier latin, Pigalle and Abbesses, Concorde, Sévres-babylone as well as to 4 train stations : Montparnasse, gare du Nord, gare de l'Est, Saint-Lazare stations.
