This is a 37 square meter 19th century apartment situated on the 3rd floor (access with elevator) of a quiet street. The apartment has high moulded ceilings, wooden floor boards, and has a comfortably sized bedroom and living room. The bedroom has a large, queen sized bed with a very comfortable bultex foam mattress guaranteed to get you to sleep within minutes.
The living room is cosy, with a 3 seater couch, a dining table that seats 4 but can be extended to 6 people, and has a 42" LED smart TV that's connected to cable. The couch can convert to a full bed, with one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever seen on a convertible sofa.
